Our own team

AI Active Support agents may work from outside the European Union and access client data only through the portal, with the role their client gave them. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Services you connect

These are your own providers, connected and controlled by you. Data flows between them and AI Active Support only for the features you enable:

  • Shopify
  • Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger)
  • Your own email mailbox (forwarding)

We inform clients before adding or replacing a subprocessor, so they can object. To be notified, or for a copy of a subprocessor’s terms, write to contact@aiactivesupport.com.
